Responsibilities

• Hire and manage a team of Search engineers in Bengaluru with high visibility and impact.
• Define and evolve the charter of the team with a balanced portfolio of foundational investments, exploratory bets and run the business priorities.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with multiple partner stakeholders.
• Plan and deliver on multi-quarter roadmaps with incremental milestones.
• Develop leaders and ensure career growth within the team.
