Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management, or managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with social media monitoring tools and with collaborative software for writing, designing, editing or posting content (e.g., creative, copy, video).
  • Experience working in the tech industry.
  • Experience in brand and marketing analytics, and ability to analyze data, identify trends and present findings.
  • Knowledge of local job boards and talent platforms.
  • Ability to manage programs.
  • Ability to collaborate across geographies and regions.

You'll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the employer branding strategy for India, in alignment with the APAC employer branding team. Develop engaging and relevant online social media content for Indian audiences.
  • Partner with People Operations and Communications/Marketing to ensure a cohesive and impactful India brand strategy.
  • Manage apprentices from the India Apprenticeship Program to generate India-specific employer branding content.
  • Track and analyze the impact of employer branding initiatives, regularly sharing updates with key stakeholders.
