gTech's Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) team empowers Product Areas (PAs) to optimize outsourced operations while reducing risks and driving efficiency through the enforcement of Google best practices and policies. We advocate for informed decision-making, ensuring our partners find the right talent in the right locations. Our collaboration across Google leads to streamlined processes, minimizing administrative burdens and optimizing the extended workforce (xW) experience. We ensure Google's policies and guidelines are consistently adhered to.

In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team to design, launch, and oversee the execution of a comprehensive education program for all employees managing or interacting with Alphabet's extended workforce and suppliers. You will play a crucial part in shaping how Alphabet continues to engage with our Extended Workforce Solutions (xWF). This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to influence how we interact with our xWF and suppliers across Alphabet.

Your role will include content development/curation, curriculum design, program roll-out, key performance indicator tracking, and communications. You will drive the scoping of the education program, training priorities and allocation of resources, and act as a program manager to deliver and continuously improve the education program.

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale education program roll-out across Alphabet, and work with cross-functional teams to gather stakeholder needs and deliver against them.
  • Manage concurrent, large-scale initiatives from start to finish. Deliver effective, strategic communications directed toward a variety of stakeholder groups/audiences.
  • Drive the identification, assessment, and development of skills, attitudes, or knowledge through needs analysis, instructional design, curriculum development and education program roll-out.
  • Support scoping of curriculum, training priorities and allocation of resources. Understand the context and implications for business decisions based on implemented learning strategies and content.
  • Use data to show effectiveness of our education program, including end-user satisfaction enhancements and knowledge transfer. Drive cross-functional feedback collection and propose or implement changes for continuous improvement.
