Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience in any one of the Cloud technologies : Compute, Network, Storage, Artificial Intelligence, Data.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in a technology or business related field.
  • 5 years of experience in people management, including experience in technical leadership.
  • Experience in storage, compute, networking, performance computing, or tools and infrastructure management.
  • Experience managing technical and design direction.

    In this role, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch by connecting the technical and business worlds. You can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development.

We are responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $214,000-$305,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Oversee validation of market sizing, segmentation and opportunity within the emerging distributed Google Cloud space.
    • Define the Google Distributed Cloud(GDC) business goals, buyer's journeys and product positioning.
    • Understand the business landscape and build strategies to win in the market.
    • Scale the business by driving the business acceleration program and sponsoring key anchor/lighthouse customers.
    • Partner with go-to-market, pricing and deal teams to close key customer opportunities.
