Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
  • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field. 3 years of experience working in an organization.
  • Experience in both technical execution and team management.
  • Experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, SCSS, CSS, and modern frameworks like Angular.
  • Ability to lead and deliver front-end projects while mentoring and growing a team.

Responsibilities

  • Mentor and guide your team members, supporting their career growth and development. You will foster a high-performance culture, ensuring the team grows in a changing environment.
  • Be responsible for driving project execution, ensuring timely delivery while adapting to evolving business needs. Our team operates in a changing environment, requiring agility and the ability to pivot quickly.
  • Work closely with multiple engineering teams, both internally and externally, to build and ship full-stack products. While the primary focus will be on the front-end, strong collaboration with UX and Product Management is essential to ensure roadmap alignment and a seamless user experience.
