Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.
- Experience driving projects with multiple stakeholders across a variety of functions and teams.
- 5 years of experience with data analysis.
- Experience in Trust and Safety.
- Knowledge and experience in data analysis to drive insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency working in a highly cross-functional team environment in a new and burgeoning space.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems using data and statistical methods.

Responsibilities
- Work cross-functionally with a variety of teams to enhance developer experience by gathering and synthesizing developer insights and driving projects to optimize policy experiences for developers.
- Develop processes to systemically distill insights from escalations and support channels for reporting and prioritization of projects and initiatives that improve the developer experience.
- Create and manage developer feedback and listening forums.
