Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in data analytics, Trust and Safety, policy, cybersecurity, in building scaled operations or operations management
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with machine learning.
- Experience in SQL, building dashboards, data collection/transformation, visualization/dashboards, or in a scripting/programming language (e.g., Python).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functionally at various levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with attention to detail in an ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities
- Use data to understand trends in abusive behavior and the developer compliance journey to influence business decisions and strategy.
- Take initiatives to define what metrics to look at, what data to collect, what analysis to perform to identify opportunities in developer compliance improvement, policy roll out, and operational efficiency optimizations.
- Work with engineering, product, and operations teams to improve Play Trust and Safety core metrics, improve developer compliance, and support new engineering and operations product launches.
- Produce data visualization and automated solutions to communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
