Minimum qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, or consulting, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
  • Experience in the ad privacy landscape or durable measurement.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working with Google's durable ad measurement products (e.g., Enhanced Conversions, Enhanced Conversions for Leads, gTag, GA4, Google Ads Data Manager).
  • Experience with the technical solution design of durable ad measurement solutions for performance-oriented or lead generation advertisers (e.g., secure first-party data ingestion into Google platforms for conversion measurement).

    As a Data Transformation Lead (DTL), you will be accountable for measurement solution design and driving client commitment for key data integration capabilities by owning the durable measurement narrative with clients at all levels. You will establish modern measurement foundations that will ultimately drive better media outcomes and accelerate AI Innovation through follow-on projects such as lead scoring and predictive Lifetime Value. You will drive executive influence by articulating the business value of durable measurement and coordinate the efforts of external and internal resources to accelerate infrastructure implementation.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,000-$147,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Lead the first-party data integration and durable measurement business cycle for performance and lead marketplace advertisers across Google buying doors (Google Ads and GMP).
    • Drive conceptual client buy-in and adoption of advanced ad measurement products such as Enhanced Conversions, Enhanced Conversions for Leads, Google Ads Data Manager, gTag, GA4, etc.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact on durable ad measurement and first-partydata ingestion in Google platforms. Educate, drive influence, and build relationships with relevant stakeholders through measurement subject matter expertise.
    • Orchestrate the execution of durable measurement projects through both internal and external implementation partners.
    • Identify media growth opportunities and potential Google Cloud integrations unlocked through future-focused measurement maturity.
