Minimum qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role in enterprise technology.
  • Experience in people management, including developing a team.
  • Experience in managing technology projects within the applications, database, or cloud domains.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with Google Cloud applications and database products and services, including Google Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Run, Kubernetes, Cloud SQL, Cloud Spanner, Cloud Build, and App Engine.
  • Experience in business strategy, business development and translating customer needs into solutions.

    In this role, you will build, lead, and develop a team of Data Management business specialists and Go-to-Market (GTM) specialists, bringing your experience and leadership to help create a goal and set a Go-to-Market strategy for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).

    You will lead a team of GTM Specialists to develop Data Management solutions and initiatives, lead go-to-market strategies and business plays focused on both applications and databases, managed applications and database centric campaigns, and provide feedback to product and global solutions teams to inform the applications and database product roadmap by recommending ways to adapt as the market and customer needs change

    Responsibilities

    • Define and implement Go-to-Market (GTM)strategies that accelerate pipeline creation, enhance pipeline velocity, and eliminate business friction through innovative, scalable programs tailored for Google Cloud's applications and database offerings.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop applications and database solutions that address customer pain points and drive business outcomes.
    • Lead and execute high-impact business plays centered around applications and databases, ensuring successful market penetration and customer adoption.
    • Oversee applications and database-centric business campaigns to generate demand, build awareness, and drive qualified leads.
    • Provide continuous feedback to product and global solutions teams to inform the roadmap and evolve Google Cloud's applications and database product suite.
