Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Materials, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience working in computing hardware quality, product engineering, test engineering, or electronic hardware systems issue resolution.
- Experience in data analysis and visualization using SQL, JMP, or Python.
- Experience working with reliability and quality test data or manufacturing execution systems.
- Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field.
- Certification in CRE/CQE (Certified Reliability/Quality Engineer) or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical problem-solving, root cause analysis, and resolution to ensure product quality and successful field deployment.
- Drive product, process, and tool innovation/improvement projects, both independently and collaboratively.
- Gather and analyze manufacturing/field data to identify actionable insights and drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor, analyze, and present product performance data to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and improve technical documentation based on data, investigations, feedback, and quality standards.
