Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- 7 years of experience in EHS program management, project management, or a related field.
- Ability to speak and write English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience working in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) role within data centers.
Knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to successfully lead and deliver complex, cross-functional projects.
- Excellent investigative, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

You will be responsible for scoping, phasing, and leading ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, ensuring alignment of executive stakeholders across various departments.
