Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in programming, commissioning, and operation of mission critical facilities, electrical utilities, and industrial/facility engineering.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in design, programming, and operation of mission critical facilities, electrical utilities, industrial/facility engineering, with an emphasis on electrical system controls and integration.
- Experience in short circuit, coordination, and arc flash studies.
- Experience as a Subject Matter Expert in multi-vendor protection relays like SEL, Micom, ABB/Hitachi etc.
- Knowledge of electrical theory and equipment including protective relays, network switches, data concentrators, Human Machine Interface (HMI) software packages, 61850 GOOSE/MMS protocols, Switchgear, transformers and generators, digital analog controls and feedback devices, programmable logic controller.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance on electrical issues to data center construction teams to meet project deadlines and construction milestones.
- Provide expert technical support to the operations team, for large-scale and high voltage/medium voltage electrical power systems.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the configuration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of complex programmable logic controllerand protection relay configurations, in complex substation and facility power systems, controlled and monitored primarily by ethernet based networks.
- Provide technical feedback and support for Product/Design teams to resolve fleet wide design issues. Be the technical resource and collaborate with internal teams on retrofit projects.
- Develop and maintain functional relationships across multidisciplinary teams to anticipate future needs for the fleet. Provide training support to the operations team and participate in outage response.
