Minimum qualifications:

- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
- Knowledge of sales operations and CRM systems.

- Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support agreements progress and goal attainment.
- Create and maintain comprehensive data dashboards and reports to track performance and identify areas for optimization. Provide essential back-end support for agreementsand packages operations, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment. Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and leverage technology to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and reduce operational complexities and data governance guidelines and procedures to maintain data quality standards.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across our reporting solutions. Conduct regular data audits and quality checks to identify and address data issues.
