Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role, building conversational applications and contact centre applications.
  • Experience building integrations using one of more of the following languages: Python, Node.js, Go or Java.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time as needed.
  • Ability to communicate in Italian or German fluently in this client facing role.
Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with contact center technologies and platforms or Cloud Contact Center solutions.

  • Experience with modern cloud architectures and technologies.
  • Experience in responding to Request for Information (RFI)/Request for Proposal (RFP).
  • Passion for building reusable assets like demos and high level architecture as part of training and enablement programs.

The Customer Engagement Suite with Google Applied AI delights customers with an end-to-end application that combines our most advanced conversational AI, with multimodal and omnichannel functionality to deliver exceptional customer experiences at every touchpoint.

In this role, you will be responsible for the growth of the adoption of Customer Engagement in EMEA by virtue of your experience in building conversational applications. You will form part of a central and specialised technical team that engages directly with customers and partners with the focus to accelerate the usage of Conversational AI solutions on top of Google Cloud Platform.

You will work with cross-functional peers to support selected enterprise customers in the adoption journey and grow the ecosystem of partners by running technical workshops and training. You will run demonstrations and small proofs-of-concept with customers. You provide feedback to Global Product Leads and Product Management.

Responsibilities

  • Establish technical viability and fit for our customers with our Applied AI suite (Including Conversational Agents, Agent Assist, Conversational Insights and Google CCaaS).
  • Build and nurture a community of Artificial Intelligence (AI) partners and practitioners for Applied AI across EMEA.
  • Representthe EMEA customers, partners and field to influence product direction.
  • Partner with Customer Engineering leaders, Product leaders, Sales strategy, Developer Advocates and executive leadership to execute the Applied Industrial Technologies (AIT)strategy.
