Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in setting up a (enterprise) crisis management capability, leading crisis response and delivering crisis management training.
- Experience in crisis/incident management, resilience, business continuity, or security.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and communication.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Strong analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and pivot when necessary.
- Strong teambuilding and teamwork attributes.
- Ability to maintain confidence and professionalism when leading others through ambiguous and difficult situations and to influence and negotiate diplomatically and fairly with a range of stakeholders.

The Risk Insights Governance and Operational Resilience team builds and maintains an excellent risk and resiliency governance program that supports the needs of the data centers (GDC/GSO) to allow business operations to continue under adverse conditions, manage potential exposure and ensure the physical security of assets, by the introduction of appropriate risk evaluation, mitigation and resilience strategies.
The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are a diverse, upbeat, creative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate responses to crises, minimizing business disruption and acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in your region and globally. Responding during and off business hours in a follow the sun model.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve the crisis management program at site, regional, and global levels, staying ahead of emerging threats.
- Drive crisis management governance and ensure seamless coordination with all business partners.
- Assess program risks, priorities, and dependencies, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring effective execution.
- Develop and deliver crisis management training and exercises, including integrated exercises that support broader organizational initiatives.
