Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience with industry-standard emulation tools and techniques.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Perl, Python, or Tcl, and high level design language such as Verilog or SystemVerilog.
  • Experience with an industry available emulator such as Cadence Palladium, Mentor Veloce, Synopsys EVE or FPGA rapid prototyping platforms.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, with an emphasis on computer architecture.

  • Knowledge of and experience with chip design flow including simulation and synthesis.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $127,000-$187,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute RTL partitioning, synthesis, and validation to build efficient, accurate emulation models.
    • Run extensive test suites and software workloads on the emulation platform for thorough pre-silicon verification.
    • Implement robust debugging methodologies and tools to quickly identify and resolve complex design issues.
    • Analyze and optimize emulation performance and resource utilization to maximize efficiency.
    • Enforce best practices, develop tools, and manage resources effectively through close collaboration with design and verification teams.
