Minimum qualifications:

  • 7 years of experience in the deployment of human resources, people programs, or other people related roles.
  • Experience in Italian legal and regulatory requirements for local HR practices and standards.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently, to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with complex strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Experience with digital transformation/HR digitalization
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR tools and processes.

As a Country Process Owner, you will serve as a process designer for our hire-to-retire portfolio of activities and projects. You will be responsible for designing process and program improvements to address local business needs, design and plan the rollout of service changes, coordinate local vendors, and work to develop and maintain resource documentation, including process mapping, training materials, and knowledge management. In this role, you will take thoughtful risks, iterate quickly, and work side-by-side with an amazing team of Googlers driving alignment across different functions.
