Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience working in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
- Experience in negotiating, drafting, and advising customers and partners on commercial agreement, including multi-jurisdictional transactions.
- Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and service models.
- Ability to grow and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Negotiate, draft and advise on agreements with Middle East and North Africa (MENA) customers, partners, and government entities across various sectors.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including legal counterparts in other regions to stay informed about and advise on legal and regulatory developments affecting our MENA Cloud business.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to provide timely and effective legal advice on customer and partner agreement.
- Serve as the cloud legal Go-to-Market point of contact for cloud business and product leads in MENA.
