The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

The Contracts and Deal Execution (CDE) team is instrumental in configuring, pricing, and quoting Professional Service business agreements for Google Professional Services (GPS). You will focus on the drafting and approval of Statements of Work (SOWs). You'll ensure that Google Cloud Consulting contracts with Statements of Work (SOWs) have required approvals and are compliant per PSO business rules to minimize risk, prior to sharing with customers. You will facilitate alignment and communication between internal stakeholders, and external customers/partners to promptly resolve business and contractual issues to foster productive interactions. You'll support customers both internally and externally, with agreement negotiations for Professional Services, service delivery discussions, and administration of Google Cloud's licensing and other agreements. You will also validate all aspects of agreement packages for accuracy and compliance with GPS's business practices and approval process, while maintaining customer satisfaction and responsiveness.
