Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in contract management, legal, or procurement roles, with a focus on overseeing the agreement life-cycle.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and finalizing agreements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Advanced degree or certifications in Contract Management, Business Law, or a related field.
- Experience in managing extended workforce agreement functions or tasks, and overseeing and managing the performance of extended workforce functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and quality standards.

Responsibilities
- Support the agreementlife-cycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and renewal.
- Identify and engage with external vendors or service providers to handle specific aspects of the agreement process.
- Draft, review, and finalize agreements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support and assistance in agreementnegotiations, terms clarification, and resolving issues in collaboration with outsourced partners.
- Support management of relationships with agreement-related vendors or outsourced partners, ensuring alignment with agreementterms and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
