Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations.
- 5 years of experience working with, supervising, and managing third party logistics relationships.
- Experience in driving supply chain processes and ERP implementations (especially SAP), including requirements gathering, process design, and testing.
- Ability to take ownership, bring order to complex situations, and work effectively with others.
- Excellent business analysis skills, including fit-gap analysis and process enhancement, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to be proactive and a willingness to handle ambiguity.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain industry-leading supply chain execution at contract manufacturing sites.
- Develop and deliver digital enhancements according to project road maps, managing risks and stakeholder alignment.
- Manage programs, set project pace, and create tactical plans/roadmaps with clear milestones and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, define business requirements, and drive transformation.
- Translate requirements into designs, manage testing, support deployments, and provide training/communication to impacted stakeholders.
