Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in Product Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Ad Agency, Research Agency, Product Marketing, Product Management, Management Consulting, or similar roles.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in higher education, EdTech, or corporate learning spaces.
  • Experience working and managing third-party vendors to drive development of training content, assets, and collateral.
  • Experience in creating and delivering quality business narratives (e.g. presentation decks).
  • Experience in project management and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of GCS (SMB) programs and of the digital marketing ecosystem.
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to manage client relationships and translate needs into practical, scalable solutions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000-$136,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Create and curate assets, collateral, and training materials that address the needs of the GCS MMS and SBS-E programs.
  • Design and develop engaging learning content, including training decks, workbooks, job aids, interactive activities, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather information, understand training needs, and ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Craft compelling stories that translate product-heavy terminology into simple, easy-to-understand terms and narratives for MMS and SBS-E sellers and customers.
  • Develop visually appealing and informative assets and collateral, from one-sheet, pitch decks, and other sales collateral to support product and sales initiatives.
