Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience working with large datasets and coding languages, database, automation or basic business intelligence skills (e.g., SQL, R, JavaScript, Python, and/or Essbase).
  • Excellent organization and detail oriented skills with the ability to effortlessly multi-task in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
  • Ability to self-start and self-direct work in an unstructured environment, and comfortable dealing with ambiguity.

As a Financial Analyst, your work, whether it's modeling business scenarios or tracking performance metrics, is used by our leaders to make strategic company decisions. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $108,000-$158,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Drive insights and analysis to support the Americas Consumer Goods and Entertainment business and shape business strategy, in partnership with Americas Sales leadership.
  • Define metrics that indicate advertiser performance with our Consumer Goods & Entertainment business and provide recommendations for sales strategies that will drive incremental revenue.
  • Interact with other Sales Finance, Operations, and Business Intelligence teams to assure strategic and analytical alignment, as well as data consistency and efficiency.
  • Manage and assist with various ad hoc projects.
  • Create a reporting framework that measures the implementation and success of such recommended strategies.
