Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in technology delivery, consulting, advisory or enterprise customer experience.
  • Experience in people management including developing and leading customer experience teams.
  • Experience in delivering cloud solutions and programs at a global scale.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a Management, Technical, or Engineering field.
  • Experience in growing and managing a professional services organization with industry presence.
  • Experience in managing a software business and software solutions with acumen to deliver to enterprise customers.
  • Experience in building talented, diverse teams and coaching and developing.
  • Knowledge of team dynamics with creating a culturally fluent and inclusive environment.
  • Excellent CEO-level relationships within the industry and reputation as an industry thought leader, including consulting and client skills.

In this role, you will provide business and technical leadership and build and grow a transformation-led ethos, supported by an operations and delivery engine. You will direct all client-facing activities as Google Cloud engages with clients to design solutions and engage in all activities related to managing transitions, client-program-project onboarding, engaging and partnering with specific functional and regional leaders at various points in the business cycle, with a view to create a seamless and quality customer experience for clients within your region.Google Cloud accelerates every organization's ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities

  • Create a transformation-led framework that establishes account teams as a trusted advisor to regional clients and executive client stakeholders.
  • Contribute to motivating growth and program execution, being accountable for the implementation and delivery goals, adjusting solutions, leveraging multiple technology offerings, and establishing a go-to-market plan to address client requirements and tests in a business that has a global footprint.
  • Provide leadership around supporting and facilitating new business creation including budgets, timelines, analysis, and strategy and successfully deliver programs and projects in a engaging landscape.
  • Prioritize success factors for client teams moving forward, align the organization behind those motivators of success, and motivate leaders and internal and external stakeholders to accomplish the goals set for this business unit.
