Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in Compensation, Consulting or related work experience.
- Experience with statistical and spreadsheet software.
- Experience with sales compensation.
- Ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly.
- Interest in analyzing data, with the ability to drive decision-making.

Responsibilities
- Work with other compensation analysts, People Partners, and Recruiting teams to provide guidance on compensation related business problems.
- Manage data sets and convey findings to leadership.
- Participate in the research, development, and administration of assigned compensation programs, monitor program success, and play a role in the review of compensation policies.
- Work on special projects such as market data benchmarking, pay-for-performance analyses, and compensation business reviews.
