Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, finance sales, or advisory role, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with facilitating and project management of public sector agreements with customers and cross-functional internal business partners, solving customer concerns with education, deployment of common fallbacks, or bespoke drafting, as appropriate.
  • Experience developing complex agreement structures and successful implementation.
  • Knowledge of drafting complex agreements on the unique legal requirements of cloud contractual terms and conditions for two or more industries.

  • Ability to lead and manage multiple time-sensitive projects.
  • Ability to have, or willing to obtain baseline security clearance.

    In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of agreement management including the drafting, review, and approval of amendments, change requests, and change orders, backed by a solid understanding of local public sector requirements. This position will also be responsible for pre- and post-agreement negotiations, commercial implementation, and ongoing customer relationship management. In this role, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, maximise value, and manage risks in public sector agreements.

    Responsibilities

    • Specializein negotiating, implementing, and managing complex agreements, tailoring terms for win-win solutions.
    • Partner with sales teams early in the business cycle to drive proposal development and shape large, tactical public sector customer agreements.

    • Oversee management of tactical relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver or manage operations and processes.
    • Lead pre-agreement negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial favorable commercial terms, managing risks and ensuring compliance, document and agree on agreement changes or amendments.
    • Oversee complex, multi-dimensional commercial and contractual projects and processes, generating innovative approaches to address business and customer issues.
