Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Color, Material and Finish (CMF) design and execution.
- Experience working with suppliers regarding CMF assessment and improvement development plan.
- Experience assessing CMF quality across a variety of materials and finishes.
- Include a portfolio, showing color material and finish development, application and innovation in one or more product categories at mass production scale.
- Experience collaborating with team members in the other regions.
- Knowledge of materials and finishes, detail and color acuity.

Responsibilities
- Work with Color, Material and Finish (CMF) Design team to create color and material goals.
- Manage CMF developments with vendors and suppliers from design intent to material planning, driving communication and iterations to achieve quality standards established by the CMF team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Industrial Design, Product Design, Global Supply Chain, Supplier Quality Engineering) to ensure successful CMF development and implementation.
- Organize and communicate development status, sample reviews and highlight risks as needed with the teams.
- Work with engineers to define parameters to control color consistency across different materials in one product, when applicable, and control CMF consistency across different suppliers of the same part.
