Business Systems Analyst II, Planning and Forecasting

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).

  • 3 years of experience designing and implementing finance systems.

Preferred qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience working with cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage technical projects.
  • Experience with data analysis, domain critical KPIs, and reporting/dashboarding.
  • Experience working with systems that work on sensitive data, SOX controls, and change management processes.
  • Experience with FP&A domain and implementing/supporting Anaplan or SAP tools (e.g., BPC, BW, SAC, Project Systems).

The team identifies time-consuming internal processes and then builds solutions that are reliable and scalable enough to work within the size and scope of the company. You listen to and translate Googler needs into high-level technical specifications, design and develop recommended systems and consult with Google executives to ensure smooth implementation. Whether battling large system processes or leveraging our homegrown suite of Google products for Googlers themselves, you help Googlers work faster and more efficiently.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $102,000-$150,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Partner with internal business teams and stakeholders in developing delivery roadmaps and associated system requirements for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) planning processes.
    • Plan, prioritize, deliver, and support systems solutions related to FP&A planning and forecasting tools.
    • Execute on system implementation projects which involves requirements documentation, systems design, model building/configuration, testing, issue identification, and bug resolution.
    • Organize and manage work through comprehensive documentation to drive project delivery.
    • Architect innovative solutions to automate and scale business systems.
