Business System Analyst, Spaces Engineering

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).
• Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Real Estate and Workplace Services business domains.
• Experience with vendor management and third-party platform integrations.
• Excellent business acumen and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business (e.g., processes, systems, etc.), their needs, and formulate a strategy and roadmap of data-leveraged capabilities that leads to improvement in business performance metrics/key performance indicators over time.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications an designsolutions (considering build vs. buy)
• Key deliverables include functional specs, test cases/plans, process improvement recommendations, and project status reports.
