Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in a business role in the enterprise software or cloud space.
- Experience in promoting business intelligence technologies.
- Experience in working with enterprise and state or local government clients.
- Experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences (HCLS).
- Experience carrying and exceeding business goals in a business role.
- Experience in supporting executive relationships, and developing territories/accounts from scratch with ensuring customer success, adoption and expansion.
- Experience in prioritizing, planning, and organizing business activity within business cycles, including qualifying accounts and leveraging partner ecosystems.
- Experience in working with internal/external teams to inventory existing software estates with building cases for transformation with implementation plans, and close agreements.
- Knowledge of trends, products, and solutions with Cloud, BI front-end, data analytics middleware, back-end data warehouse technologies, BigQuery, Looker, Dataproc, Pub/Sub.

In this role, you will help us grow our Business Intelligence (BI) business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers. You will work with customers to deliver true business value, demonstrate product functionality, and provide an overview of key business use cases. You will guide day-to-day relationships with cross-functional team members (e.g., Data Analytics Business Specialists, Field Businesses, Customer Engineering) and external customers, leading with empathy, while identifying ways to multiply impact to drive overall value for Google Cloud.Looker is a unified platform that powers data experiences and delivers actionable business insights to employees at the point of decision. Looker integrates data into the daily workflows of users to allow organizations to extract value from data at web-scale.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with customers as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, manage business cycles, identifying solution use cases, and influence direction of accounts.
- Deliver against quota and achieve or exceed business and growth goals while forecasting and reporting your territory's business.
- Work with Google accounts and cross-functional teams (e.g., Customer Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Channels) to develop go-to-market strategies, drive pipeline and business growth, close agreements, understand the customers, and provide prospect and quality customer experience.
- Construct and execute a territory development plan.
- Work with multiple customers and opportunities, understand each customer's technology footprint and strategy, growth plans, business drivers, participants, and how they can transform their business using our technologies.
