Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of legal work experience in a law firm, government, or in-house legal department.
- Experience supporting or working with board members and executive-level in a fluid environment.
- Experience with Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Ability to convey information to diverse audiences and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fluid environment.
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with individuals at all levels within an organization.
- Demonstrated composure and objectivity in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to review and organize numerous documents in legal matters.

Responsibilities
- Provide support for the Alphabet Board of Directors meetings by managing their schedules and meetings, acting as a primary contact point, and ensuring meeting preparation and execution, including logistics, presentations, and administrative requests.
- Assist with Alphabet's Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) filings, including Section 16 filings, Forms 8-K, 10-Q, 10-K, and proxy statements.
- Support Alphabet's compliance and training activities related to various corporate policies and activities, including the Policy Against Insider Trading and 10b5-1 Trading Plans.
- Assist with the due diligence requests from independent auditors and in connection with ongoing litigation requests.
