Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in using technology and Internet.
- Experience with communicating and collaborating cross-functionally.
- Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently in order to interact with local stakeholders.
- Experience in project management, relationship management and change management.
- Excellent investigative and problem solving skills with the ability to analyze data, trends and provide recommendations.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, or troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities
- Help in building creative solutions to test customer needs using Google Cloud. Improve product feature offerings by providing customer feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
- Collaborate with customers and other Googlers to manage and motivate successful adoption of Google Cloud. Help develop recommendations for solution architectures and consulting services.
- Guide customers through the entire innovation lifecycle, building roadmaps and motivating achievement of milestones.
- Solve customer's operational issues through problem solving and technical troubleshooting, while working with internal teams to motivate resolution. Help customers get answers to product questions.
