Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm
- Poland qualified employment lawyer or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in advising multinational corporations on employment law in private practice and in-house
- Experience managing employment law issues outside of Poland in wider EMEA
- Knowledge of employment law

Responsibilities
- Advise all levels of management and HR teams on regional employment-related legal issues including hiring, disciplinary actions, reorganizations, terminations, working time, leaves, accommodations, complex performance management cases, employee representation and collective matters, diversity, equity and inclusion efforts, contingent workforce issues, and litigation.
- Draft employment guidelines, agreements and policies, and create procedures and process efficiencies.
- Advise on legal compliance projects with HR, identifying risks and helping to drive projects to completion.
- Advise on compensation programs, employee benefits, contingent workforce issues, diversity programs, and HR-related mergers and acquisitions.
- Advise on employment legal aspects of commercial agreements and mergers and acquisitions, including integration planning and employee transition arrangements.
