Minimum qualifications:
- JD, LL.B., equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
- Admitted to practice law and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice (e.g. have registered in-house status) in a relevant APAC jurisdiction.
- Experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements for the build, procurement and operation of technical infrastructure, utilities and energy related projects.
- Experience with renewable energy projects, grid connection agreements, and working with utilities on such projects, and experience advising on energy regulations.

Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and facilitate a range of commercial business agreements supporting Google's technical infrastructure and energy projects across APAC.
- Advise on projects and business initiatives to provide solution-oriented practical advice to facilitate infrastructure and energy projects across APAC.
- Respond promptly to legal requests from supervising lawyers, program managers, negotiators, and executives.
- Coordinate across internal legal teams on a variety of matters related to technical infrastructure and energy deals and projects.
