Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certification in Salesforce Platform Developer I.
- 8 years of experience in configuration and custom development in the Salesforce domain.
- Experience in designing and implementing cross-organization along with cross-instance integrations in support of multiple business process environments.
- Experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Apex, integration patterns, and scaling the Salesforce platform.
- Experience in CI/CD and Release Management on Salesforce.

Responsibilities
- Be a technical expert on the Salesforce platform leveraging the experience to architect and develop Salesforce-based applications to drive business success.
- Leverage Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura, JavaScript, and SOQL skills, among others, to deliver key new features using the Salesforce platform and adjacent technologies.
- Collaborate with the business and operations team to define, evaluate, prioritize, and improve Salesforce-centric application features and functionality. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to stabilize and scale system integrations.
- Articulate design considerations, trade-offs, benefits, and recommendations for system and application design.
