Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- Experience in building testing frameworks, tools and automation within an enterprise environment.
- Experience with development management or testing management, and in scaling technical teams.

Responsibilities
- Create an overall automation strategy for the team.
- Build and lead a team of engineers dedicated to improving the quality of Android Studio.
- Expand and enhance testing infrastructure, and drive innovation in testing approaches while ensuring the reliability of infrastructure and optimizing resources.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team, manage projects, and deliver innovative features that improve developer experience.
