Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support stakeholder relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to influence across levels and advise on performance improvements.
  • Experience with marketing measurement and attribution techniques (e.g., offline measurement, MMM, MTA, attribution) and Google advertising products (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SQL, databases, and automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables) and how to prioritize them into insights.

    As an Analytical Lead, you will use data to help clients achieve their business goals. You will advise clients on marketing measurement and media attribution, and help them adopt best practices. You will identify trends and opportunities, and develop marketing strategies that drive growth for clients and Google.

    In this role, you will work with clients and own client relationships with key decision makers, including executive leaders in strategy and analytics teams. You will navigate cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority.

    Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze internal and external data to identify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and advise on marketing analytics.
    • Lead the full life-cycle of measurement initiatives, from idea to implementation, develop, own, and test experimentation and learning agendas, share learnings across sector, and implement best practices with cross-functional partners to maximize customer ROI.
    • Define a cross-media measurement standard that supports an accurate and fair measurement of performance for a customer's business.
    • Collaborate with Sales teams to drive business growth with clients/partners, conduct analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go-to-market business strategy and marketing collateral.
    • Manage trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and work with cross-site and cross-functional teams to drive short- and long-term account growth.
