Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience working with SQL on large datasets and building dashboards (data visualization).
- Knowledge of the Cloud/Software industry, different roles, and incentives.
- Ability to self-direct work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment, and comfortable with ambiguity.
- Ability to communicate, influence, and form working relationships at executive level.

The Workspace and Maps Finance team ensures that Cloud Sales, product, services, and marketing organizations make sound financial decisions. We are an important partner and independent advisor to the Cloud leaders, providing them financial, analytical, and strategic insight.

Responsibilities
- Execute the monthly forecasting, executive reviews, QBRs, QBCs, quarterly due diligence, and all other rhythms of business for SMB GWS bookings and business.
- Forecast GWS SMB business independently and triangulate inputs from operations and business partners.
- Drive long range planning and annual operating planning for GWS SMB. Partner with business, operations and finance stakeholders, and provide regular updates on deliverables.
- Maintain and enhance detailed SMB analytics such as booking and business linearity, churn/contraction/expansion metrics.
- Own resegmentation impact analysis, reporting, and alignment process for total GWS.
