Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience with product or Go-To-Market (GTM) business management.
  • Experience operating in a global role on a global scale.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience in driving business strategies and initiatives with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience recruiting multiple industry leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) partners to cloud platforms, managing those partnerships into a joint GTM motion, and interacting with C-suite in market leading technology/SaaS companies.
  • Experience in SaaS and Cloud alliances, with the ability to form working relationships across field and business functions in multiple companies.

    In this role, you will be responsible for developing Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI. You will work with the market's sales leadership team, partners, and the enablement team to launch and execute strategic business development activities, with the support of the APAC Programs team.

    Responsibilities

    • Create industry growth plans and playbooks relevant for the region, across different types of customers. Work with sales and pre-sales organizations to create living customer growth plans for lighthouse and strategic customers.
    • Create data and research driven customer insights to createAsia Pacific(APAC) specific buyer personas, prospecting and discovery techniques.
    • Work with the partner organization to create a business development and engagement framework for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs).
    • Create and execute cadence programs to track the milestones, metrics andKey Performance Indicators(KPI) used for pipeline generation and pipeline progression.
    • Structure interlocks between global, regional (i.e., APAC), sub-regional (i.e., countries) and field teams to bring alignment and streamline information flow between various working groups of stakeholders.
