About the job

The PX Digital First Team drives People Operations' transformation goal of helping Googlers resolve their HR queries via self service. We're a team of UX content strategists, program managers, and content editors who use data to create great content and experiences for our fellow employees. Through our self-service channel we provide helpful answers, high-quality content, and seamless entry points to the HR systems and tools that Googlers use for performance management, requesting time off, making the most of their benefits, and more.

In this role, you will lead the successful creation, rollout, and adoption of modular content models, user journey taxonomies, and LLM QA frameworks to enable AI tools and other service delivery channels. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to streamline processes, maximize efficiency gains, and drive content excellence with AI. This is not a writing, web content management, or content marketing role.

Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). We bring the world's most innovative people to Google and provide the programs that help them thrive. Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field. You'll play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a comprehensive AI content strategy, mapping how our content structure, metadata schema, and QA workflows will adapt as we add AI-powered tools.
  • Own development of a modular content model covering all content and user types, partnering with UX and technology teams to guide implementation in our CMS.
  • Create and execute comprehensive implementation plans to bring your strategies to life, defining milestones, addressing dependencies, and bringing key stakeholders along for the journey.
  • Employ change management best practices to facilitate user adoption, conduct training, and navigate potential resistance to new tools and processes.
  • Monitor KPIs and user feedback to continuously improve AI implementation, identifying opportunities for refinement, expansion, and optimal content quality.
