You will incubate, prototype, and iterate in this space to bring new ideas to production. This includes staying on top of the latest technology and techniques for Generative AI to continue to evolve approaches.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers, synthesize customer requirements and write detailed PRDs.
• Deliver positive developer experience, write code for development of agents with SDK as well as competing frameworks.
• Collaborate with teams by conveying detailed information about customer use cases and customer feedback.
• Work with and cultivate a community of external contributors.
• Drive strategy, definition, and execution for key features of the Agent SDK.
