Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in media environments.
- 7 years of experience in a client-facing role working with partners across multiple levels.
- Experience in data visualization and engineering, AI/ML with coding in SQL.
- MBA or Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in managing complex multi-stakeholder engagements.
- Experience in designing large-scale systems with high complexity to support the high throughput applications.
- Knowledge of Google Ads.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to solve business issues.

Responsibilities
- Lead agency transformation initiatives, managing planning, program execution, and implementation of externalization efforts such as scaled camps and content enablement.
- Drive AI/ML thought leadership, solving business problems with technical solutions and managing a team of Engineers, Product Managers, and Data Scientists.
- Engage with marketing partner leadership to prioritize initiatives, provide thought leadership, and address operational issues.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners (e.g., agency, product, sales, tech, vendors) to activate skills and deliver solutions for agency enablement.
- Oversee program implementation, working with development teams to set milestones, track deliverables, and ensure client success.
