Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of administrative experience in a high-tech or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
- Experience with event coordination, program management, or stakeholder management.
- Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.
- Experience in budget management.
- Ability to take initiative in solving operational issues.
- Ability to maintain complete confidentiality on all business matters.

- Complete administrative and program management tasks with multiple approaches to reach an optimal solution, and with foresight to anticipate and address future issues.
- Exhibit understanding of the supported business strategy and goals, resulting in recommendations for process and operational improvements. Establish exemplary trust with executives, stakeholders, and key cross-functional partners.
