Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of administrative experience in a high-tech and/or international environment working on core administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously under deadline pressure.
  • Experience of providing high-quality professional administrative support to senior Executives within a fast-paced international team environment.
  • Experience with calendar management, high-volume travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and problem solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a diverse range of people and job functions.
  • Effective organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Expectation of complete confidentiality on all business matters.

Responsibilities

  • Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks in a timely manner while maintaining careful attention to detail, including calendar management, travel arrangements, preparing and tracking expense reports and meeting organizational deadlines.
  • Partner with your directors to help them scale themselves across their broader organization, often acting as their proxy.
  • Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies.
  • Plan, manage, and execute team meetings, offsites, events, and activities.
  • Collaborate with the Large Customer Sales (LCS) Administrative Business Partner (ABP) team to ensure successful execution of Dublin based activities.
