Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.
- 5 years of experience working in executive support.
- Experience in calendar management over international time zones, travel scheduling and booking, and budgeting of events.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate across diverse audiences and functions.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage projects and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities
- Perform an extensive array of administrative tasks (manage calendars, book travel, and schedule facilities and equipment).
- Develop and deploy organisational skills and an ability to strategically prioritize tasks.
- Plan, manage and execute events from team events (digital and, eventually, in person), town halls, leadership forums and other celebrations and milestones.
- Build efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help define new operational strategies with the executives and the teams they manage within the admin community.
- Mentor and assist with onboarding new team members (other E/ABPs, executives or cross-functional (xfn) team members).
