Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in accounting, business, or finance.
- Master's in MBA or MSA, or equivalent practical experience.
- Certification in Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Excellent computer skills with experience in SQL, Data analytics, BI tools, Google-sheets and SAP ERP.
- Excellent database experience in SQL coding across standard commercial databases (e.g Oracle, MySQL etc.).
- Experience managing project planning, status reporting, timeline estimation, issue tracking, meeting facilitation, and project documentation.

As an Accounting system admin, you will find innovative ways to manage our complex set of transactions. As System Admin on the team you will be focused on maintaining our fixed assets, inventory or projects systems sub-ledgers, working on feature requests, bug resolution and other enhancements to improve the productivity of the team.

Responsibilities
- Provide support on Fixed Assets, Inventory or Projects sub-ledgers for new entity set ups, maintenance and performance improvements and test system improvements.
- Prioritize project requests according to risk and efficiency outcomes; complete projects (including all hypotheses/analysis/documentation controls) in a consistent manner.
- Scale Awareness and Considerationprocesses such as month end close and fixed assets management by implementing robust automation solutions.
- Design and implement creative risk mitigation solutions to complex business problems leveraging automation and process improvements.
