Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a business related field.
  • 2 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • 1 year of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns, projects, and relationships with customers or agencies.
  • Experience in sales, working towards quarterly goals, and owning a portfolio of clients.

Consulting with a wide variety of existing advertising companies of all sizes, you are committed to finding the optimal advertising solution for each client. Your interest in sales and the digital economy and your entrepreneurial drive enables brands to expand their businesses with Google's latest advertising products and solutions. Your understanding of online media combined with your commercial know-how shape how new and existing businesses grow. Using your effective communication skills, you are the face of Google to a portfolio of clients whose needs you listen to, and help define the strategy for how their products and services can reach thousands or millions of users.

In this role, you will improve campaign performance, drive thoughtful Google product adoption, and build short and medium-term strategies to meet business and marketing objectives. You will design transformative media strategies for growth based on the customer objectives. You will provide Google-caliber solution selling, partnership management and analysis to deliver successful business outcomes. You will uncover the business needs of our clients and achieve their objectives while driving incremental business agreements through our industry leading advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage relationships with clients, and develop an understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
  • Plan for, and achieve, business growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
  • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
  • Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
  • Deliver against quarterly business and product growth goals.
