Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions, expertise in video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV) and understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.

Using your relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

    In this role, you will work with eCommerce Retail advertisers (primary KPIs focused on acquiring other businesses with secondary KPIs are sometimes around business-to-consumer (B2C)/multichannel retail focus). You will leverage your understanding of the industry's needs along with your goals for its growth and your commitment to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace. You will work with a set of established brands as they take their business to the next level, transforming current stakeholder relationships and building new ones. You will challenge their existing ways of working, motivate them to adopt new strategies and hold clients and internal partners accountable for action and impact. This particular role will require you to go on Search, Mid/Upper funnel media and establishing relationships and also being a role model and sales coach by establishing strategies to win.

We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $129,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     Responsibilities

    • Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
    • Structure a clear, joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
    • Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
    • Develop forward thinking, data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations that align with customer goals, and quantify impact opportunities with clear recommendations to present to customers.
    • Build a knowledge of how Google Advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
