Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Project management experience.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience managing relationships with customers or agencies and service partners.
  • 2 years of experience working in the sales industry or product area, and working in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience in a leadership role.
  • Experience navigating complex customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
  • Understanding of the Advertising industry's issues, a vision for growth, and commitment to advancing Google's strategies within the marketplace.

The Global Client and Agency Solutions (GCAS) Agency and Partners Team is in charge of building, selling and scaling holistic solutions for Agencies and Marketing Partners at a global level.

At its core, Global Clients and Agency Solutions (GCAS) helps leading brands, trade bodies and marketing partners navigate this complexity so that they can continue to be the market makers who positively shape our industry. Everyday, we help our partners fully utilize Google's products, talent and insights to advance their marketing performance and the advertising ecosystem at large. Whether through building stronger tech and media foundations, surfacing cutting edge insights or structuring industry dialogue, GCAS helps shape what's next into now.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive advertiser transformationvia establishing and upleveling agency and partner (media, creative, tech) capabilities that deliver on Google's ads product priorities.
  • Drive Agency and Partner business transformationvia scaling a clear set of solutions (via a GBO aligned menu of services) and the establishment of an enterprise grade partner program that delivers on global, regional and local partner needs.
  • Lead and collaborate on diverse cross-functional projectsinvolving multiple Google teams to help Agencies and Partners build and sell-through Google aligned service offerings to advertisers.
  • Support the development and market adoption of buying door agnostic (GMP, Google Ads) certificationsthat validate our partners capabilities to bring excellent services to Advertisers.
  • Organize and manage external agency and partners to advocate for our programsand gain critical feedback to optimize our scaled enablement platforms and investments.
