As the Head of Network, you will be responsible for all pharmacy and PBM relations at GoodRx. This includes managing the pharmacy and PBM network, contracting with pharmacies and PBMs, and ensuring broad consumer access to affordable prescriptions. Key measures of success in this role include the ability to grow GoodRx claims share across pharmacies and maintaining competitive administrative fees. This individual will also be responsible for driving technological innovation around the prescription experience in partnership with pharmacies and ensuring sustainable pharmacy profitability, both with the goal of improving the consumer experience and durability of the GoodRx value proposition to consumers and the pharmacy ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
- Profitably grow claims-related revenue at GoodRx
- Effectively manage pharmacy and PBM contracting to drive claims growth and sustainable administrative fees
- Ensure a stable pharmacy network via both direct pharmacy and PBM relationships that is accessible and affordable to GoodRx users
- Partner with the Head of Benefits to drive integrated savings growth and coordinate account management
- Drive stronger pharmacy partnerships that increases GoodRx market share and sustainable revenue per fill across the network, including via technological innovation and sustainable pharmacy profitability
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years of pharmacy, PBM, and pharma executive-level experience with a broad network of relationships across the pharmacy and PBM ecosystem
- Deep understanding of pharmacy and PBM pricing and economics and the ability to pull levers to create a durable and sustainable pharmacy marketplace
- 10+ years of experience leading a large team with cross functional interdependencies
